Looks like Brady Quinn and Co. are up to their old shennanigans again. Spartans take this game and the Irish continue to freefall.

ABC is giving us the USC/Arizona game which is still scoreless in the 2nd period. Guess I will need to find the MSU/ND game on ESPN?

Well, it's currently 17-7 MSU with 9:32 left in the game.

Either way, the underrated Boston College Eagles are leading 9-3  Smile

GO EAGLES!!! GO IRISH!!!

Well I believe it all is coming to an end. Oh well, I guess we are gonna pretend.

ABC-East has the ND/MSU game while ABC-West is carrying the USC/Arizona game... ahh the joys of Directv  Smile

BTW MSU just scored again... soon to be 31-14

Eureka, the ND/MSU game is on ESPN2 in our area!! Might be 31-14 but still alot of time left, (think last years game).

How can you go for both BC and ND? That's almost (but, not quite  Wink ) like saying GO BEARS!! GO PACKERS!!

As of 0219z, with just over 11 minutes in the 3rd quarter, ND has just scored, but are still getting stomped, 31-21. Guess it pays for ND to stay away from Michigan teams.  yes

Well, MSU just completed one of the great fourth quarter collapeses in recent history.

Good job, Spartans! Didn't think you had it in you!

GO BUCKEYES!

ND 40
MSU 37 final

That was mega-ugly, but I'll take it. Irish were down 37-21 with 5:25 left and come back to win it!

And BC lost on top of that... all in all a pretty good night!

If you have possession of the ball while landing on a player who is in bounds, the receiver is considered in bounds. The ND DB clearly had possession before he rolled out.

John L. Smith appears to be one step closer to the end at Michigan State.

Actually, ESPN made an announcement during the morning College Gameday broadcast that the Notre Dame-Michigan State game would be shown on ESPN2 for all regions in the USA that carried the USC-Arizona State game.

But gawd, that was an insane finish!  Wow! I didn't think Michigan State would collapse like this....  Yeah sure

Agreed. But if the Spartans wouldn't have let their heads balloon to the size of weather balloons at the half, they would have EASILY taken the game.

I can't believe that Notre Dame won that game. I went to bed in the 4th, with the weather so bad that those punts were like sails in a hurricane. Didn't think ND had it left in em.  Smile
