Miller Brewing Company of Milwaukee, WI, producers of the popular beer Miller Genuine Draft, has given at least $30,000 to groups that support illegal aliens and illegal immigration so they can march down our city streets making demands of Americans.

I figured the boycott would be because many think their beer sucks.  Big grin

Miller Beer Boycott

I boycott this nasty stuff since I drank my first bottle of Miller back in the mid.1990.

Give me Rolling Rock or a Coors when I am in the USA, even Bud Light or PBR are better than that Miller piss!

Funny you say that, because the single best beer I ever drank was a bottle of Miller in college. I'm serious!

I had made a bet with my girlfriend concerning her mid-term exams or something, and if she "passed" the bet, I'd get her a six-pack. Of course, we split it. One of the three I had was almost perfect-no real aftertaste; it was cold and really good. The other two didn't taste nearly as good.

Weird, huh?

Is it possible to boycott something you don't buy?

Ummmm....there stock isn't dropping because of the boycott...it's dropping because the price of beer has been dropping to stimultate demand. In some instances stores are asking for as much as 50% off of the third tier pricing they receive.

Anheuser-Busch has reported a 24% decline in share value as well.

And what about the other companies that supported these organizations, do we boycott them as well?

Boycott Miller? I can only agree with that. What about adding Molson-Coors to this boycott?  devil

Quoting Sabena332 (Reply 4):
Give me Rolling Rock

Drinkable stuff. Too bad it's not ours anymore. I liked it down there.

I already boycott it for not being Rainier or Olympia. Until they do something about that, they can forget about my business.

Tonight I will gladly pay my $3 for a 23oz schooner of Miller Lite at Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm not one to boycott for political reasons, even though I am STRONGLY against illegal immigrants.

During Twins games, otherwise Bud Light (aka water) is $3 every day I believe. Either way, beer is fairly cheap there
