So which would it be, here in the United States, you got ABC, NBC, CW (UPN-WB), CBS, or FOX. QVC and HSN are NOT the Televison networks I am talking about.
Mine?

My favourites (Germany): All stations which are regulated by public law (ARD, ZDF, Phoenix, Arte, and all their subsidiary channels). Other than that I watch DSF and Eurosport (sport channels), N-TV and N24 (both are news channels) as well as MTV frequently.
A friend has luck, he has a digital sat receiver and he can watch a few other nice channels, for example "The Real Madrid Channel" (even without an additional fee). It was pretty awsome to watch Real's league game live on TV in Germany last week!

British Channel 4, and BBC2, when you want some serious educational viewing. I'm too impoverished to have satellite TV......aaahhh .....but I'd love The History Channel

I have a love/hate relation with VH1 Classics.
I love the Bio's,concerts and video
but hate the networks extreme left
wing politics and the whining Dee Snider.
But I guess it goes with the territory.

Quoting Zone1 (Reply 7): House is the only show I watch consistently, so I guess that makes FOX my favorite network
I watch House and 24.
Quoting NeilYYZ (Reply 8): I have to go with FOX, because of 24
Oh yeah, best show, by far.
Quoting AsstChiefMark (Reply 9): I'm surprised that he still has a medical license and hasn't been sent to prison. No doctor could get away with the shit he does. Fake, fake, fake
No, in real life its all about saving lives, not getting the right forms signed, its also about malpractice insurance in Houses case.

If a doctor had the same success rate in real life, I guess he still might be able to afford a malpractice insurance even despite his other antics...!
Favourite TV stations (Germany): ARD, arte, 3Sat (all public), AFN
