Roasted Alaska Silver Salmon with a Summer Sweet Corn Relish.
Roasted Alaska Red Potatoes.
Sweet Corn in Butter Sauce.
I've had this recipe for the Relish since it WAS summer . . . just never stayed home long enough to cook it . . .
Prep time was about an hour. I had to cut the corn off a cob, roast a red pepper and skin it, roast some corriander seed and crush that also, mince two heads of garlic as well . . . but I think it'll turn out great.
So, does anyone use a food processor to do all their chopping, mincing, etc? I prefer my Henkel knives . . . it takes longer, but it saves cleaning the Cuisinart Food Processor I have . . .
