I'm absolutely speechless Wow! Think about how much fuel and weight this invention will save!!!

The possibilities are almost endless

Sheesh... I was able to watch about five minutes of the first video, which I want back by the way, and what I saw was a propped-up Wankel engine.  cry

Well if that's really a patented design then its either going to be a huge success or its going to get bought out by an oil company and we will never hear of it again.

Looks interesting... a lot like a modified Wankel engine...

I guess the weak link will be the secondary (compression) rotor, and similarly to the Wankel engine (but not quite to the same extent) the lifespan of the seals...

Even if the thing has some validity, it's too bad it reeks of a Sunday morning infomercial. And I don't know why they chose a 14 to narrate the first one.

Might just be some student doing a project about the engine?

It may be, but when the intro says it is brought to you by the inventor and the lab, plus the description that read:

In this 5 minute video clip, inventor Raphial Morgado describes the operation of the MYT engine

it leads you to believe that it is made by him.

Weird because his voice sounds very differently in the other video and he doesn't look like a 14 year old either

Yeah, my guess is that it is in fact some kid making it, and put those labels on to make it look official.

I don't think so but no matter what, it is an amazing product if it really works as described

This is an interesting excerpt:

the MYT engine has not been extensively tested yet running on fuel, though they have run it on diesel briefly. The demonstrations are done using pressurized air.

Show it running on fuel or better yet powering some vehicle. Watching that video only makes me think they can't seal it or keep it cool enough not to self destruct.

Don't jump to conclusions so fast. It's still a fairly new invention.

Sure, you get a weight reduction, however this engine still burns 16 times per revolution... it might weigh less than 4 V8 engines, but i'm sure it will burn the same amount of fuel as them... You also need to look at Cylinder Size...
