Ok... here the question: I´m visiting a web page with a nice continuous music, how can I keep it in my computer so when they change the page, I can still listen to that specific music. And even more: How can I download that particular music to my iPod?

Look, if they said "No" for the mere reason they don't have any audio file to send to you, then say so. *Duh.*
That said, it will be difficult to extract the audio file from the Flash movie. Best solution would be to download the entire movie (you'll find the path in the source of the website) and play the movie in your browser.

Get a "straight" interconnecting cable with two 3.5 mm plugs at both ends. Locate the green and blue (audio out and in, resp.) connectors at the back of your PC. Attach the cable to the connectors. From Control Panel, choose Sound & Audio devices --> Volume --> Advanced --> Options --> Recordings -> check ("Line-in"). Read the document on Windows Sound recorder here: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/d...us/app_soundrecorder.mspx?mfr=true .
While playing back your favourite music, activate the recorder and do as you see fit.
