I'm aiming for a move back to my hometown to continue working in the same field as now (AFIS/FISO), after that... I'm taking things one year at a time.  Smile

I say good luck to you. Don't try and plan all your life, you'll only be disappointed. Just try and let it unfold in front of you and enjoy it as you go. Obviously aim for what career you want, but you never know what will change in the future.

Well, at the moment my life is completely screwed up once again - and yes, its due to a female  Sad

Obviously my current lifestyle isnt working, that much is plain to see.

My plans are quite simple -

Go to uni as a mature student, study archeology. Combined with my experience of Scuba diving, I should have a good shot at Marine Archeology.

So, things are changing drastically.

That was something I would like to do - I'd probably have to win the lottery first though. Marine archaeology, coolest of the archaeologies.

You could be their support vessel  duck

Mind you, archaeology was going to be my second choice to do at uni, but I got accepted onto a Landscape Architecture course with a guaranteed place, and I thought there was more money in that as a profession, so I went for that instead.

First for me is to get back to Germany. After that, and not in that particular order, get a job (hopefully in the industry) and eventually go to the Uni.

I don't really have plans for my future. I want to travel to lots of places, but what I want to do with the rest of my life, I don't know. Will I stay in the Netherlands, will I move to another country (if so, canada is high on the list), will I meet someone, how is that person, what jobs do I get. So many questions, so little answers. I'll just wait and see what life brings, and try to enjoy as much as possible.

I had plans, but they are now in serious jeopardy of not coming to fruition. It seems lately the harder I work towards them, the further away they get from me.
