Starting a few days ago it takes about 4-5 minutes from the time I click shutdown to the time it turns off. Normally is about 20 seconds. I scanned my computer with Spyware Doc and Adaware but I can't find anything.

This happens sometimes. It might not be any spyware, but when you start Windows several other programs (quicktime, adobe for an example) startup to. These programs take a lot of time to shutdown.
Put in "msconfig" in your "run", then click on "Autostart" banner, then remove every program that you don't need @ startup.

Go Ctrl-Atl-Del --> Task Manager. You'll see a list of programs that your PC is running. One or some of these is likely to be the culprit. I see you're not mentioning any antivir software, so your PC may well be infected and running "hijacked" processes. You can kill any number of those programs from Task Manager. Experiment and see if your shutdown improves after some programs are manually terminated.
