Barely 1 Kt. That bomb probably produced more radioactive garbage than blast energy.

Still, the issue has got to be resolved.

Yeah, we just went over this headline in my International Relations class in college. Pretty interesting discussion. However the amount of radiation is extremely small. The test was bound to happen sometime soon.
