Pretty much the same story here too. Just came back from college classes. Came home, nothing on tv, internet and so on. Pretty nice weather outside, maybe I'll go out to do something.

I have been sat here now for 8 days thinking how pitifully bored I am. When I came home I thought I would be here for a day or two, instead I went down with flu and hence I'm bored because I have no work with me to do.

Listening to music and watching the odd bit of TV, there is nothing else I can do  Sad

Good, you can help me here.

Can you tell me if our PODS oil tester can identify these paramaters for Skydrol LD-4?

specific gravity @ 25C -- 0.995-1.066
moisture -- 0.8% max
Neutralization Number -- 1.5 mg KDH/gm max

Thanks in advance.

What's wrong with reading? It's relaxing; it takes time; you may learn something; it's fun.

Ok..here's one....out of school for 7 years...high school or college? If high school, why not do an online college degree?? That's a lot of things, but boring ain't one of them!!!

Yes, I really understand you.  yes
I'm currently caught in the Dubai's Ramadan and I can tell you that it's not worth to switch on the TV ...
But last Friday (what is a day off here) I detected an unsecured wireless nearby and since then I'm using the opportunity to browse the net free of charge ...  Big grin
Apparently a.net was one of the few web sites, which have not yet been blocked by the UAE filters like:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
We apologize the site you are attempting to visit has been blocked due to its content being inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of the United Arab Emirates.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
But I think that's subject to be changed soon.  hissyfit

Surf a bit on eBay, it is a really good way to pass time. I just realized that I spend approx. 3 hours on the site until I found football tickets for a really good price.

And yes, when you fancy a really boring football game, then simply switch to DSF.  Wink

Surf the Internet for online universities...I know University of Phoenix has a good undergraduate program, University of Liverpool...all sorts. Have a look at the prospecti and see if they offer anything that catches your eye. I'm currently doing my Associate's Degree in Business Administration. It's been a long two years, but I've learned a lot....and I'll have at least one degree under my belt. I haven't decided yet what (or if) I'll do for my Bachelor's. I have four weeks left to finish, and then I'm going to attempt to discover a personal life which I haven't had in more years than I can count......single parent, then college....

After that, who knows? Maybe Psychology or a Liberal Arts degree...maybe I'll learn another language....I'll need another challenge.

Well, you could do things more exiting for me if you can get me a one-way ticket with DE from SJO to FRA and from there pick me up in your 737 on FRA-HAM.  Wink

How about talking to a friend, a relative, or even a professional. It could help and they may have some advice for you.
