These were the ones that were profiled in the NYT as "survivors" of the Hurricane Katrina. I remember the story a few months ago. The girl said she used to make extra money by flashing her knocks to the passer-byes and to the NOPD on street patrol. At first, it seems ironic they survive the hurricane and end up this way. But with the aftermath, it's hardly surprising after a 2nd thought.
