I'm planning on bidding a Phoenix layover next month to watch my beloved Denver Broncos play the Cardinals in Glendale.
I've checked some online brokers and read the AZRepublic classifieds and can't seem to find any tickets under $140.00 EACH!!
Do any of you live in Phoenix?
Are tickets for Cardinal games that hard to come by now? Back when they played their games at Sun Devil Stadium, we would just walk on over there and buy tickets on the street from scalpers for sometimes $20.00 each. Is that not possible anymore at the new place?
What are my odds of securing relatively inexpensive tickets to the Broncos game on game day from people selling tickets on the street?
Any help would be appreciated.

.....it's definitely not because of the team on the field . Once the newness and novelty on the stadium wears off, in other words by next season, I would imagine it'll be a bit easier to score Cardinals seats.

I realize that all the cardinals games are sold out but I fly to Denver a few times per year to watch Bronco games and I just go down to the stadium and there are always people standing on the street trying to dump some tickets, and I have never had problems getting tickets for under $60.00.
Just wondering if any of you have personal experience with Cardinal games at the new stadium and whether I can find scalpers on street corners selling cheap tix.

Considering there no real street corner near the stadium, but the worst the Cardinals are playing the better the chances. The Cardinals did take the opportunity to raise prices quite a bit when they moved. I attended the preseason Broncos/Cardinals game with free tickets from the door man at the hotel the Broncos were staying at. Was sitting in the Broncos family section.
