Does anyone know of any good steakhouses in Calgary, or possibly a steakhouse in your own hometown that has a franchise in Calgary?

I've been to The Keg already, and I was wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions...

Thanks in advance!

Mike

Well... there goes my suggestion. As soon as i saw the topic I'm thought of The Keg. But it would not hurt to go back, if i were you i would go for the Baked Garlic Shrimp to start it off, steak and lobster for main course... and their cheesecake for desert. I do not know of anywhere else in Calgary sorry.

Cheers Chris

Why would you want to eat steak? Just go to Tim Horton's for the chili.

Best bet is to check out Hy's Steak House downtown @ 316 4 Ave SW...

Highly recommended by a local Calgarian!  Smile

Mmmmmm, sounds good...

Although I try to avoid places where a Caesar Salad costs $9.00  Wink.

But thanks for the idea!  Smile

How about going to montana's? Its got more of a cowboy type feel to it but I loved them when I visited their Fort McMurray branch.

Unless you like frozen steaks grilled to the wrong doneness and then microwaved to get it right by a 16 year old "chef" then I'd stay away from Montana's at all costs, trust me, I used to work there for 4 years  Wink

P.S. not to mention you'd be supporting a company that has done nothing but taken away from it's minimum wage earning staff over the last few years, while management seems to keep all of their perks!  Angry
