According to the urban dictionary, a top shelf is When one takes a crap in the water tank of a toilet. This is usually done as a party prank or as a method of smiting one's enemies. It's a real pain to clean out, stinks like hell, and makes the toilet flush brown for days.
Really good stuff, has anyone ever done something like that?

I haven't done anything nasty like that myself. But in high school i was friends with a lot of farmers, a few being pig farmers. Well one of them happened to be a big name in pig breeding (harvesting semen from them). And he was able to get a hold of some...and it was winter. He spread the stuff on the door handle and windshield of a couple people he didn't like. I found it really nasty, but he thought it was hilarious

I've always known it as an "upper deck". Or you could take a dump in the sink, fill it with some water, and call it a "turtle farm".
