Basically, you had a 50% chance to get it right. You failed.

Remind me never to ask for your picks for a sports wager.  Wink

No problem, it happens to all of us from time to time. Very big of you to admit it though, unlike some others who make a habit of being wrong and then trying to keep insisting they're right or cover up their error (Fluffy comes to mind).

I was wrong, too. I guess it was just wishful thinking. It'll be a whole new ball game in Non-Av after January. The same problems will still be there but it will be my turn to bitch about the leadership this time!  devil

Did you return recently from 1yr in the South Pole?? What in the hell made you think of that prediction?

Now, if you had said that the Dems will betray their own beliefs and will draft a bunch of conservative centrist so as to regain power, you would've come out looking like an ace.

The Dems won a Pyrrhic victory. Simple as that.

Well, I dont remember predicting anything, but I was somewhat surprised. I am more afraid of the Artie factor. Hate to think that he was correct (cant say right and Artie together).

I cant wait until January and see you bitching about the leadership, GWB. You should have been doing it for the last 3 years.

But seriously at worst it makes you a bad political pundit. At best it doesn't mean anything. What one needs to really acknowledge are real mistakes that can hurt. That's why there is a minimum age for voting. By that age you should have developed a rational thought process that you can justify and suffer the consequences if you are wrong. I hope you can see and correct yourself about others things, IMO things that really matter.
Don't feel obliged to respond, should you do, I won't. I wanted to let you know that without hijacking your thread.
Best Regards,
Jawad.

Hopefully the Democrats won't f things up more.
