DXB To Mall Of The Emirates

About how long does would it take to go from DXB to the Mall of the Emirates. I have a long layover, about 15 hours, and would like to hit the slopes for a bit. Could I get there in an hour by taxi?

Depends on what time of the day you're talking. With traffic it could take more than an hour. Without traffic it's a 15 minute ride! It's one highway ride all the way to the mall, but if there's traffic it takes over an hour!

I suggest you avoid going there early morning or in the evening, the traffic situation is extremly bad and it can take you 1+ hours easily.
