I don't mind whatever date you pick, as long as it is announced somewhat in advance so I can arrange days off. Yes, I'll be driving... though preferably not to a restaurant in Amsterdam unless it is somewhere on the outskirts.

The NH hotel is very nice and not too expensive. If you visit my site (www.schipholspotter.com, for both of you that did not know yet) you can find a map with hotels. The hotel is at #3, so close to the Kaagbaan threshold. In fact, in half an hours walk you could go to the official Kaagbaan spot, just 10 minutes for the final approach.
