Fucking idiot. I haven't seen the video yet (waiting for the 10pm news here) but it sounds like the Dept. has a pretty solid case. LAPD has GOT to get their shit together. Abuses of authority like this affects everyone who wears a badge - regardless of which Dept you're with. Dammit this shit pisses me off.

Looks like the LAPD still cannot get a damn clue as to how this is really damaging their image deeper and deeper. They're shooting themselves in the foot, for god's sakes!!! Yes, there are some really good cops on the force, but I'm starting to have less confidence in the department as a whole. Ridiculous if you ask me, thank god I dont live in the LA area!

But on the same token remember the video of the ucla student being tazed? And someone talked about cops arent above the average citizen? Well here it shows they are. If the FBI is involved then some civil rights have been broken, which would not happen between to "ordinary" citizens.
