In actuality it should be 71.97¢
Their computer probably says "$0.002", but they cannot read it. The fact that none of the Verizon people understand is quite sad actually. This is simple math that any 7th grader could understand. The video is a bit long, but if you watch the first 5 min or so, the rest of the video is a repeat.
