I know this may vary with everyone. For some of you "old school" is "Ace of Base", or Nirvana, while for others maybe Mozart or... nah, just kidding...

Anyway, what's your fav. old school song? I think mine has to be Joyride, by Roxette (1991)

Well, for my "old school" I'll use the songs that got me into rock music; basically, the songs that were on the radio during the first few years I listened, during my middle school years. I have a soft spot in my heart for a lot of them:

Soundgarden - "My Wave"
Nirvana - "Smells Like Teen Spirit"
Aerosmith - "Living on the Edge"
Goldfinger - "Here in your Bedroom"
Alice In Chains - "Again"
Cracker - "Low"
Corrosion of Conformity - "Albatross"
Cowboy Mouth - "Janie Says"
Days of the New - "Shelf in the Room"
Rancid - "Ruby Soho"
Metallica - "Until It Sleeps"
Spacehog - "In the Meantime"
Sponge - "Plowed"
Stabbing Westward - "Shame"

etc.

Here's one of my favourite old-skool songs,

Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus from sometime in the 80's.
