It used to be called Farnborough Hospital, now it's Princess Anne University Hospital. It's in Locks Bottom, Kent, UK.

I was born in the Wellesley Hospital in Downtown Toronto, which merged with St. Michaels Hospital in 1998 and closed in 2000.

Mona Vale Hospital in Sydney's northern beaches. It's unfortunately going to get the axe in the next few years so the government can sell the beachside land that was donated for the hospital.

Same here, it was such a small town that the name of the hospital could be considered "personally identifiable information".
