Needing Some Help With My Computer

I need some help finding out some information about my PC.

Now, how can I find out what type of RAM (DDR vs. SDR RAM) I have installed on my computer? Do I go into "start" and look for properties? Do I type something into "run"? What do I do?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
