I just read an article http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/01/05/congress.rdp.ap/index.html on the new 110th Congress. It seems that in a vote of 430 to 1, the House adopted new lobbying rules. The sole no vote was Dan Burton (R). I checked his website for any indication of why he was opposed to this but can't find any information. Has anyone heard why he opposed these rules that enjoyed such overwhelming support?
