Just one. Referenced a deleted post.

deletions I have usually are because the posts I referenced to were deleted later on. In one case recently actually on my own request, strange but true. In one case I answered to a heavily off-topic thing, which then was deleted.

0 but after it became apparent that one mod was going to delete just about anything I wrote for some pretty nefarious reasoning I gave up and got busy elsewhere. It does appear that there are a lot more locks on topics lately.

Quoting Garri767 (Reply 16): dang, i wonder whos off to a quick start?
Well, the 3 of mine from today were not ANCFlyer's job and 2 of them were referencing deleted posts. I guess it's a good thing those posts are gone, because it was getting uncomfortably warm in that thread.

Quoting SQno1 (Reply 20): I had one deleted by ANCflyer too. He said that it was in the wrong forum, so why didn't he put it in the right one for me!!
It probably got moved, try to search it. When a topic is moved, a deletion notification is sent, stating that the thread has been moved. But I still find it misleading about it saying "Deletion notification" when the thread was just moved somewhere else.

Quoting IFEMaster (Reply 10): but I questioned it and the mod told me had made a mistake
No such luck for one of my deletions. I was accused of making guesses without evidence when that was clearly what I was suggesting other unnamed people were doing. Didn't even get a reply.
I had two attempts at replying to one thread and had to give up when the mod in question suggested that I shouldn't be posting in that thread as I was "stating the obvious". I guess we have to leave fantasy posts unchallenged if the counter-argument is too obvious.
Other than those, plenty of deletions due to deleted reference posts.

About 3 posts in 3+ years. One referenced a deleted post and two were topics that were already being discussed. Been surprised that a few others weren't deleted, though

25 AeroWesty: You are positively angelic! LOL I just had two posts deleted for reference post deleted this morning.
26 Kaddyuk: My fith post was deleted for beating a moderator to the "lock" button...
28 Kaddyuk: The actual moderator in question wasn't too bothered, however Diamond had itchy mouse fingers and so it was deleted...
29 ANCFlyer: Are you talking about this one, now in the correct forum? Alpi Eagles Airlines - Any Experiences? (by SQNo1 Jan 9 2007 in Aviation Polls & Prefs) Yea
30 David L: I noticed that one. The timestamp on your post was earlier than the mod's post yet yours appeared after it in the list.
31 Kaddyuk: Impossible because i read BNE's post and then replied even quoting it... I had a feeling he was going to lock it, i just managed to get in there befo
32 Aloges: Same here, and four in the week before that. All for "referenced post deleted", mind. I think I need to brush up on my "suggest deletion" skills*...
33 David L: I'm only saying the timestamp was messed up and that's why I remember it.
34 EWS: 4 posts? Hell i had 8 and my account deleted! Lew
36 Garri767: Wow, i spoke too soon. got one last night. Dear Garri767, your post in the thread "New Crew Position" "dang, i dont meet the criteria, oh well . Best
