Not for me, though - my wife's employer is looking for it.  

2-3 rooms, as close to the port as possible (ideal: Maasvlakte; good: Engeland, Brielle, Rockanje, Rozenburg; okay: Hellevoetsluis, Abbenbroek, Spijkenisse, Vlaardingen, Goedereede, Naaldwijk).

They are working in the shipping business and are looking for a long-term rental for their employees, as they constantly have someone in Rotterdam, and renting an apartment is cheaper than paying for a hotel all the time.

Any contact data of Dutch real estate agents would be welcome, too.
