I hope not. Arnie should stick with being a governor, become Austrian Chancellor or max becoming a cabinet member in the US federal government. I hope he won't press for a constitutional amendment that might allow him to become president. Arnold Schwarzenegger is no Ronald Reagan.

Not going to happen. Especially not 2 years before an election. It takes a massive vote (2/3 or 60%, one or the other) of both the House and Senate to even get the Amendment out to the states for ratification where it takes another 2/3 of the states to ratify it before it becomes valid.

With the world of special interests out there this amendment will either not pass or take eons to get it through the states.

Agreed Eddie Murphy would have made a great President... but who would have been his running mate? It would have been nice if he and Arsenio Hall would have gotten back together. They were great in "Coming to America", they would have been HILARIOUS in the "White House".

And Eddie would likely be able to play most of the characters in his cabinet too. Professor Klump as the Secretary of Energy, the old jewish guy from the barbershop in "Coming to America" as the Secretary of State, and Axel Foley as the Attorney General.

It takes years and years for an amendment to make the rounds.

Murphy does really lame movies nowadays, except Dreamgirls. The best movies he has done were all of the Beverly Hills Cop movies and those 48 HRS movies. He really needs to quit doing those kids movies, its a turn-off.
