In this case you could try Joe Jackson's "Body & Soul" or maybe "Summer in the City" for a chance, though the latter one is more Rock-oriented played by a Jazz combo.
I for one have a soft spot for Linda Perry right now (actually I have always liked her since the 4 Non Blondes). What a voice.
