OK, we're just over 24 hours from Super Bowl 41. It's time to start putting out your predictions-no money involved here, so no pressure here.  Big grin

I'll start it out, of course.

Indianapolis, 28, Chicago 16.

Your MVP will be Peyton Manning.

Fire away.

I'm not making score predictions, as I said in another thread, but I'll say the Colts will only make field goals courtesy of Adam Vinatieri, while Rex Grossman will help the Bears win the Vince Lombardi trophy and become the Superbowl MVP.

Colts win their second Super Bowl, when Rex Grossman stinks up the joint with a QB rating on zero. (Based on my picks for the bowl games, feel free to ignore this prediction.)

Honestly I don't know who to root for.....

I could root for the Colts to win, because the Bears just barely squeaked by the Seahawks in overtime during the playoffs-Revenge motive.

I coudl root for the Bears to win, because they just barely squeaked by the Seahawks in overtime during the playoffs-showing how good the Seahawks really are.

Colts by 3.

The Bears can't be considered serious as long as Rex Grossman is their QB.

If the Bears win, it's gonna be a close game.

Either a nail biter, or the Colts run away with it.

Fire away.

Ok. Bears win, and by more than a touchdown. Manning's a head case, and in the spotlight of the big game, he's more than capable of coughing it up to the Bears playmaking D.

Too tough to call.

I'm saying a VERY close game, and Bear on top at the end . . . by how much? Who knows? Probably not by much at all.

I'm going out on a limb, Bears 31, Colts 10. MVP is Urlacher with a few sacks and many solo tackles.

25 United767 : Bears win! Just my prediction.
26 HPLASOps : I won't predict a winner, but I will say that the margin of victory will be 14 points or more. Neither of these teams look like comeback teams. My fee
27 ORDRyan28 : like McDonalds says, I'm lovin' it!
28 Post contains images Blrsea : Colts - 31 Bears - 24
29 Dragon-wings : I don't like either team, but I will say Colts 27 Bears 21.
30 WestJetForLife : Colts: 26 Bears: 16 Dad: drunk on the couch singing show-tunes Nik: either doing physics or social homework during Prince's "performance" at the Half-
31 CrazyHorse : Colts: 24 Bears: 31
32 MSYtristar : Colts 27 Bears 13 Take to to the bank, brother! Bears are going into hibernation!
33 Post contains images Piercey : It will either be that, or.... Bears: 21 Colts: 20 Vinateri wide right, just to kill the colts fans
34 September11 : 23-23, Bears winning in overtime 26-23
35 Fumanchewd : Everyone needs to shut up about Grossman already. He's had two good playoff games as well as more good games in the season then bad ones. As for the w
36 AeroWesty : Alrighty now, at half-time, I want to know how much of my prediction came through.
37 Jetjack74 : What crappy weather they're having. Should make it interesting. It'll be a blowout by Colts.
38 FlyingTexan : ok, who just won $$$ on that coin toss?
39 Post contains images Jetjack74 : Hang on a sec, I mean't to say the Bears,
40 CVG777 : DA BEARS! 7-0 already!
41 Jetjack74 : Remember, the team that scores first has a history of losing.
42 Post contains images OU812 : On the effing kick off!
43 AeroWesty : A friend of mine and I are IMing about the game on iChat, and he assigned me to root for the Bears "because they're your type". I didn't know whether
44 Halls120 : Yeah, but with the rain affecting the game, who knows how this one is going to turn out. So far, the commercials have really sucked.
45 AsstChiefMark : Oprah and Letterman sitting together on a sofa was weird. Mark
46 Jetjack74 : Is this going to be the record for turnovers?
47 USAFHummer : I think so...the weather is affecting the game more than I couldve possible imagined...gonna be a wild game...
48 AsstChiefMark : Reminds me of a high school game with all the fumbles. Mark
49 Jetjack74 : Rex Grossman has yet throw a pass over 15 yards. His offense isn't moving the ball except for the ground game. And now we get to watch Prince bore us
50 AsstChiefMark : Prince is all wet. Watch him get electrocuted on live TV. Mark
51 Halls120 : Took a look at weather radar - it looks like the rain might stop in the second half.
52 Jetjack74 : What a train-wreck this is. John Deacon is a better guitar player than him. But this I wonder, how many of the dancers do you think he's slept with?
53 AeroWesty : I cannot stand Prince. And just a rehash of all his old songs. Lamé.
54 BHMBAGLOCK : Why would it favor the indoor sissies? (*KJH(*YJKI(* I'm curious about his odd do-rag? Was it planned or a response to the rain? Did it make anybody
55 Jetjack74 : And on what planet were they forecasting? Looks like the heavens has opened up. It certainly isn't the crystal-clear waters of Lake Minnetonka
56 Post contains images Halls120 : accuweather.com. Obviously not all that accurate. Rex Grossman blows. As I predicted before the game.
57 Allstarflyer : Thx Rex - I didn't want to have a feeling of giving congratulations until the final gun. Congratulations, Dungy. -R
58 Halls120 : OK, Grossman has now been intercepted twice in the second half. Coupled with the fact that the Bears D can't stop the Colts running game, it would see
59 Post contains images Tom in NO : Grossman's certainly no Trent Dilfer there, is he? Tom at MSY
60 Post contains images Jetjack74 : I think it's safe to say the Colts have this game wrapped up. Pretty good guess. One point off on each end. They just have to run out the clock.
61 USAFHummer : Game over, congrats Colts!
