I think that the database search needs to be refined and have more topics to search by. Like I was looking for pictures of AUS (Austin, Texas) and it showed pictures of Australia. Also, I searched Austin and it showed a local Austin photographer, Jason Knutson, but it also showed when Jason went to PHX and DFW and IAH, but I just want AUS!! Also, I was searching to fly byes and people call fly byes sometimes low passes or other names and it is hard to search for, so these types of categories need to be in the database. Does anyone else agree?

Every few days there's another post on how the search system should be refined, what it lacks, what's wrong with it, why it would work better if...etc. You can't have everything you want. Who's gonna change it? Where's the money going to come from to change it? Be glad A.net is here at all.

ILS, if you want to find pictures of just Austin, Texas, there's a lovely feature on airliners.net that can do that for you.
Go to the Photo Index on the front page, and sort the pictures by Country/Location. From there, go to the United States, go to Texas, and look under Austin. You should see all the pictures sorted for you under Austin.

Sometimes it helps to type in the city and airport name, for example, to look at photos only from SAN I type in "San Diego Lindbergh" rather than just "San Diego" or "San" which bring up photos I'm less interested in, such as ones from various San Diego municipal airports.
