After reading the "anyone like pro hockey?" thread, I was wondering if there is anyone else who actually plays hockey here? I'm a goalie, and I"m taking a year off to a stupid decision on my part. Last year I played juniors for the EHC Bad Aibling Dragodiles in Germany. Starting the 23rd of this month, I'll be playin for the Yokota Air Base team in Tokyo.

I have played for 9 years now on Ice. After a few years into it I started to play goalie for 2 years. Each season I picked up most valuable player for the team. Following that I went back to being centre for the team. I Have won scoring champion awards 2 times before, Play off MVP, and I have been captain of the team for 3 years now. Gota love the game!! I bet there are alot more of ice hockey boys out there as well on Airliners.net!

Yea, I play hockey with my school friends either on the ice during pick-up games or at an in-line roller hockey rink about 10 minutes from where I live. I usually play either left or right wing but I have been goalie a few times just for the heck of it, still fun. It sure helps playing if you're pissed off. The last time I played street hockey is when I had a mild concussion after colliding head on with this guy and knocking my head to the curveside.

Played hockey from when I was 5yrs old to a junior in highschool. Hockey was our life outside of school. You could call our family a puckhead family, hehe. Then when I was in high school, I just didn't get big enough to compete at the varsity level. New England prepatory school hockey is quite competitive.

Yep, just started playing hockey about six months ago, and love it to death. I play goalie in a rec league (roller hockey) and get such a rush playing the game. Trying to get onto the ice starting in february or march.
Oh, and you know all this already Joe. Why am I telling you again? Why?!? HUH???? It's just not fair!! punk...
