Why on earth would you limit yourself to Nokia when there are so many phones out there that are better than anything Nokia is offering?

N95 from Nokia is your best bet.

for about 3 weeks now I've been using the 625i. Great phone especially compared to the samsung piece of crap I used to use.

N95 with standard Sat-Nav or N91 8Gb.

Most phones have plenty of space for the stuff you described. Pretty much any n-series will be fine if you don't want the extra memory for anything else.

If you'd want a symbian OS phone (smartphone), there really aren't that many. And what's wrong with Nokia anyway?

I have a Nokia 6233 which I am very impressed with. Currently have 296 SMS messages in my inbox, 190 in sent items and 4 in drafts - so it seems to hold quite a lot (by my standards). Only 20 per list for call logs, though.

I am buying this for someone overseas, and he only likes Nokia. I have been telling him to try out Sony Ericsson or any other brands but he wants Nokia

They pour too much of their time in to how the phone looks, when really they need to rethink Symbian. It's old technology and is a flawed OS. today's Symbian is just a variant of the stuff they churned out of Codewarrior back in '97 for the 101 and 232 series phones.

I can understand but i'd highly reccomend sony... After a terrible period with an LG, i went back to Nokia and said NEVER AGAIN would I leave nokia. However I was forced to get the Sony k800i and its probably the best phone I've ever had...

Same goes for SE, except that they seem to be living under the impression that everyone is 16 and wants their phone to be a walkman.

... Nothing actually wrong, but Nokia is just a boring little town in Southern-Finland  Wink .. that's the place were the company was once born.

To the point: it's easy to compare different phones at their website Nokia.com, they have a handy system where you can compare up to three models at one time.
