I know I can spend $9.99+ for movies on Apple's site, but is there a way to upload just clips or movies I've saved on my computer?

I've tried a few times to upload a few 30 second clips and I get an error message on the I-tune software saying it couldn't upload. Any advice or help would be appreciate.

I've got the 80 gig video iPod if that helps...

Get the software called iSquint if you're on a Macintosh. If you're on windows, then I can't help you.

In order to put movies on an iPod they must be in MP4 format, so you'll need software to convert the movies.

I have Windows and used Videora software (http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ ) to convert movies into the proper MP4 format. It was free and worked reasonably well. After converting them, you should be able to add them to your iPod.

My internet security identified it as a risk to download this software, have you had any problems with it?

Adware? Pop-ups?

No, although it was about a year ago that I downloaded it. Haven't had any problems with adware or pop-ups though.

I bet there's probably other software out there that would work if you don't want to try that one, I just don't know what it is.

I was going to ask this exact question. Does anyone else know of any other free converters?

Also, how do I install games onto my iPod that I downloaded off the internet? BTW, I have an 80GB too.
