News report out of Australia says that the physio Don Conway was robbed in the hotel where is was staying at knife point . It goes on to say that that the men entered the Radisson Plaza in Sydney and forced the staff to the ground in an attempt to rob the hotel safes, but the attempt was folied and they turn their attention to Conway who was an easy target, they stole his wallet and a cellphone.They had been celebrating the England win in the Commonwealth Bank Series, and were in the bar. He had been with Andrew Strauss,Mathew Maynard,Kevin Shine and Mark Garaway, they fled to another room when the thieves broke in. I would say they were good pals, leaving him to his own devices
read the thread title Andz. He said the cricketers were robbed where in actual fact the physio was. Still a terrible thing regardless who is caught up in the situation

I know that but my point was that he is part of the team. Having played cricket for the Barbados team back in the 60's , I know what a physio is and by the way we didn't have them back then

Well after the hidings they've taken in the last little while I hardly think 3 wins should stop the presses. Incidentally, was there any silverware with these 3 wins?
