So WTF is going on here? That foot just doesn't look right. Maybe it's the angle of the camera, but I don't think so.

My olde tiny cranium mulled over that possibility but it still doesn't look quite right. Not unless that woman suffers from an acute case of "cankles".

Sorry bro. Didn't get back on to see your reply until long after the "edit" timeout period. Now then, I still maintain that the foot in question just doesn't look right. I still wonder what else is going on in that picture.
