"Battlestar is a cachet show," SCI FI head of programming Mark Stern said. "It gives us a lot of credibility with the creative community. It's the kind of series we want to continue producing in the future."
I don't think we ever doubted doing another season," executive producer Ronald D. Moore said. "I design my season-ending cliffhangers with the hubris that we'll be back."

Aren't we supposed to get a Film (TV and DvD only IIRC) in between season 3 and 4 ?
And if so, when will it be aired?
Also any leads or spoilers for season 4, are they gonna reach earth, do we get to know more or all of the Cylons until now unknown and will we learn more about the actual history of the 13 colonies and cylons?
I cannot believe I'm so interested but I have to say, apart from some weak episodes in the running season and some really annoying acting from time to time, I really like this show so much I got all episodes burned on CD up until 3.15.
I must start to sound like a real geek, some kind of trekkie
