I am thinking burning and cutting would irritate your skin causing your whole face to turn read. You can use aloe vera cream, that helps some, or ask a doctor they provide great lotions as well. And wash yourself often (not too much but ya know) like take a shower every morning is what i am thinking of...
life wasn't worth the balance, or the crumpled paper it was written on

Burning and cutting?! Holy sh-- that's going to do NOTHING but scar your face.
I use a powerful combination of off-the-shelf remedies that I concocted that seems to work pretty well, but my face isn't as sensitive as others. I use maximum strength Stridex pads on my face first (quite liberally), then I use this clear cream stuff (I don't remember what it's called, but I'll find out) on my face right after the Stridex (also applied quite literally). It all absorbs into the skin after about 10 minutes, but I have to remember to wash my face thoroughly in the morning.
My sister says a good alpha-hydroxy cream works well, though I never tried it.
As far as prevention is concerned, try keeping your face cleaner while you eat. Also, whenever you finish eating, wash your face thoroughly. Generally, just eat better, also. Diet is a big part of breakouts. Stay away from fried foods, shrimp and mussels, and chocolate. This is just what has worked for me.

I heard pimples come from excessive masturbation, so I'd stop doing you know what amigo...
LOL, but seriously man, my friend's mom is an R.N. and says if you stay away from greasy foods, colas, chocolate, or anything else that's pretty much junk food, that will help to prevent new pimples from forming.
I'm sure your case is mild, but I've seen some people with the most disgusting acne in the world, sure has got to suck to be them.

I am on Minocycline 100 MG pills 2x per day. I also have Cleocin Pledgets (Like Stridex Pads) and Sulfoxl (High power topical cream). All of the chocolate and greasy food stuff is bull shit. It is an urban legend. I know an iron man triathelete who has 7% body fat and he has pimples. My acne really isn't that bad at all. But, if I don't take my medication for a day or 2, then it gets bad. But, if you have a really white and ugly one, take a hot shower and pop it (after a hot shower it doesn't hurt at all) or just shave it off. Both are very painless and they don't leave scars.

Urinate liberally on a towel, then wrap face in towel for about half an hour. take towel off. do not rinse off.
It won't get rid of pimples, but you will smell so bad that people will stay so far away from you that they won't notice your zits.
Seriously, if it is just a pimple or two, wait til they get white, then squeeze the livin crap out of it. If it is a whole plethora of em' then get some medical advice.

Benzol Peroxide is incorporated into many acne perscriptions and will kill the contaminants in the clogged pore. The best things I've used are RetinA, Avita, ProActive, or just a tube of 10% Benzol Peroxide.

The only thing which worked effectively for me was Dalacin C taken orally for a long period of time. The bad effect it had was that my immune system got really weak and I was susceptible to all kinds of things.
Now I'm using Dalacin T (topical) and Fucidin on my face.
I've also read a study recently where acne is successfully cured by taking 5-10 grams of Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) a day. I was going to try but there's no way one can get pure Pantothenic Acid on our pokey little island I'm trying taking B-Complex instead.

I use Sebanil, which is basically rubbing alcohol to clean the areas, followed by Clearasil cream overnight to remove it...in the morning its ok. If they are white, then I massage it with a toothpick until it bursts, then rub it off...
