I am looking into getting the Palm Treo smartphone and i was wondering would it be possible to put msn - hotmail on it and Windows Media polayer after purchase as it doesn't come with them on it as Standard, or does it have another type of media player on it?
Any input would be appriciated.

The 750 runs Windows Mobile, which should come with Media Player mobile built in. It syncs up with Media Player on your PC. As for email, you can set up any POP3 email account (e.g. Hotmail) on the phone, or use the web interface with Internet Explorer mobile. You can also download other browsers, but generally they're not free as PC browsers are.

Not sure about the 750, but I have a 700W with Goodlink which automatically forwards email from any account or server. I currently get emails on the Treo from my work's outlook and my personal account.
As said WMP is available on all windows versions. There is a window's and non windows700, i.e. the 700W (windows) Are there two different 750's as well?
I really like the Treo, I can even open PDF's and Excel spreadsheets, although they can be difficult to read sometimes. Treo's are essentially mini-computers.

I have the Treo 650, and I love mine. However, AVOID the Windows OS!!!!!! My former boss has the Windows OS on her's, and I know I guy with the 750 with the Windows OS, and the both HATE it with a passion. You have to re-boot it every day, and it's a hassle. Get it with the Palm OS. I only have to do soft re-sets once or twice a week max.
