Quoting Avianca (Reply 7): wow I always ask me how so much companys does accept that it is used in offices... ??
We use it mainly as a work tool, and from what I've seen that's pretty much the case in the travel agency business... much easier to write a quick note to one of our suppliers asking for some info, than to write a lengthy email that will get lost among the tons of emails they get, or calling them, being put on hold, transferred, on hold again... you get the idea.
That said, the fact that it's a work tool doesn't stop me from having some nice, long, and often hilarious chats with my friends, as anyone in Support can confirm.

well the company for that I work does not allow anything like that.... But I have to say I agree with it, specially if I would imagine that the guys that Iam supervise would use all the day the chat...
