Anyone got any recommendations for good (not expensive) restaurants around ORD?

I'm going to be staying at the Hilton but presume their restaurant will be pricey.

I don't mind if it's attached to a hotel (similar to Harry Cary's in Rosemont) just don't want a "hotel" restaurant!

Also anyone know if the hot dog place under the Hilton opens weekends nowadays? After my last visit I did send a recommendation to the hotel that they have something open on the weekend!
