I used MSN messenger at a net cafe last week and left my e-mail address in the Log In slot like everyone else does, when I returned to the same cafe a day later a picture from an e-mail that a friend had sent me at that address was posted as wallpaper on the screen of the very computer I had used the day before, the weird part is that the guy who works at this place guided me to that particular machine inspite of many others being free, this one with the picture which I was made to sit at was two cubicles away from two very idle computers that I could have used instead, also my name is posted next to the time on that machine, I wonder what he's upto? should I confront him

While it's possible that they had an invisible keystroke monitor program running to pick up your password, it's far more likely that the image was simply taken from that computer's internet cache. Every page you view, along with its images, is saved on the hard drive in the cache. To prevent someone coming to that computer afterwards and viewing what you had been viewing (which is VERY easy, but I won't supply details here), you need to clear that cache before you leave that computer. On MS IE, go to Tools/Internet Options and click on the buttons for "Temporary Internet Files : Delete Files" and "History : Delete History" ... then no-one will be able to see afterwards what you were viewing.
