Had a conversation with the mother of my daughter's friend. She was remarking how her daughter was doing this and that. Listening to her was funny, from the standpoint that she thought her daughter was the only one doing this, and we thought she was describing our daughter.
Us humans follow a basic personality, and get in trouble when denying those parts that are human nature, such as the sex drive.

As they say, 'Where theres a will, theres a way', banning contact between guys and girls will always come with some nasty little side effects.
Imagine if these kids move to a western society when their 20 and they've never seen or talked to a woman. They may turn to raping people like some kids over here did after growing up in a strict Islamic country.

Why would someone want to see porn on the tiny screen on a cell phone to me it is silly. I guess in some places like Saudi Arabia with such strict and counterdictory moral laws male teens will do anything to see naked women. Problem is when you attempt to ban something, then you make it more desirable. In Israel, and some other countries in the Middle East, there are specilized cell/mobile phone providers that offer services that comply with religious rules.
