I'd say change terminals if you have to do it and grab a newspaper. Go to the Delta connection concourse (C, not A) - the bakery at the end (as you face the gate agents, it's at the far left - arrgghhhh !!! I can't remember the name of it and the ComAir ramp tower guy on the phone just now couldn't help me, either) has good food. Park it and relax.

Is the "Aircraft Viewing Area" off Rte. 236 (Donaldson Hwy) still open? It had a great view of Rwys 18R/36L and 9/27 when I was there nearly ten years ago - and after 9/11 I called the airport and they said that it was still open to the public.
DEFINITELY go off the airport and go to either Skylines for some chili or La Rosa's for some pizza or get both. Then go to either a UDF or Graetar's for dessert. Other than that, not a whole lot to do in Cincinnati in your time frame. Maybe Newport on the Leve (Kentucky side of the river). Quite a few options there, including the Newport Aquarium. That or go to the heart of downtown and go up in the Carew Tower (if it's a nice day). Or possibly the New Underground Railroad museum in Cincinnati (not sure exactly where its located or the exact name of it, but the locals will be able to point you in the right direction).
