Try the safe mode ("abgesicherter Modus") and then install and run whatever you've downloaded to clean up your system. And stop opening the *OMG SOOOO FUNNY!!!!!!!* files you receive via that messenger.
Alternatively, ask Ché if he can fix it.
me = and a damn good reason for it

Hit F8 like a crazy madman during boot, and I mean right from the start. You'll get to a menu that lets you choose that safe mode; unless my memory is playing tricks on me, that is. But make sure you have the software you'll need on your HDD as the safe mode loads only very basic drivers, i.e. probably not for a USB stick you might want to use. Prepare to re-arrange your desktop icons as well after you re-boot into standard mode.

I´ve done that over MSCONFIG and runned my anitvir and it didn´t found any vir , but I´ve still the same problem ...
Quoting ANCFlyer (Reply 5): Does this mean you WON'T be posting as much for a while?
Yea , Till I haven´t solved this problem this will be my only thread ...
Give Spybot a try as well, but make sure to figure out how you can deactivate that "TeaTimer.exe" in case you don't want it active. It's in the "expert mode" options of Spybot that you specifically have to activate after the install. But you should probably use it as it serves to help prevent just the problem you've run into: malicious changes to your operating system.

Quoting LHStarAlliance (Reply 10): I runned spybot in safemodus and for 2 min it seems all is OK
Did you scan the hard drive with Spybot? It may be a dumb question, but going by the info in your post you didn't. Olympus is a maker of digital cameras. Do you have the exact name of the running process in question? Google may get you to some more info, but you need the exact name of the .exe file. If you have a firewall, block that process from accessing the internet/the network you use to connect to the WWW and see in anything changes.
