I don't trust the Bush administration as to their policies in Iraq and fearful of some attacks, perhaps by air, in Iran. I see this 'plan' as nothing more but a whitewash to cover their butts, to get their candidates elected and take away a major political issue of the Democrats. To me, by this September, major decisions to start to reduce troop levels will have to occur as our attempts to create a new post-Saddam Iraq that will have to be friendly to the USA will have proven to failed miserably.
