on TV. Being a Union fan, I thought I would give it a shot. Enjoying it except for one really nagging feature from the commentary team.. Johnathan Edwards (I think that's his name) is sooo blinking annoying. There is just something so grating about his voice and his repetitious use of certain words/phrases. I love the Welsh accent but, he seems to have a way of making it sound so (for want of a better word) YUK! He should be tackled and thrown out of the game. Grrrr!

I guess you mean Jonathan Davies, a dual code international

The BBC use him alot because of his experience in both League and Union. He knows his stuff but he can get a bit annoying especially his constant use of the phrase "dummy runner" which he pronounces with about 6 rs in the middle.
Jonathan Edwards was the world champion, bible bashing triple jumper, now advertisinglaser eye surgery on the TV.

Good win for Bradford, even better one for Les Catalans, pity the Quins couldn't do the buisness against the Pies on friday night  Angry

Have to agree Jonathan Davies is a bit of an idiot and this is coming from a fellow Welshman!! Great win by the Dragons today, lets hope they make it through to the final. Big grin

I think the BBC use him, because they can't find a decent pure League player who anyone outside Lancashire or Yorkshire would understand  Wink
