As long as the number of take-offs equals the number of landings...you're doing fine.

Brings new meaning to "falling in love", doesn't it?

I guess she experienced that "floating away" feeling.

Personally, I don't think you catch me on a roof "doing the nasty" with anyone. Call me old fashioned, but I don't see that as a "spectator sport".

I wonder if they were married (almost certainly not to each other)?

If so, what a shitty way to find out your signifigant other was cheating on you.

They weren't. They were a pair of 21-year old students from *sigh* my alma mater, the University of South Carolina.

Alas they aren't the first pair of USC students to fall to their deaths. I think it was my sophomore year at USC that a girl died on move-in day. Her parents had just moved her into Patterson (a 9-story dorm for female freshmen) and had gone to lunch - she wanted a smoke, as I recall, leaned out her window to smoke, lost her balance and fell to her death. IIRC, her parents got a decent settlement from USC afterwards too.

Youch that is a first for me to hear.

Any ideas to how they ended up "falling in love"?
My bet is that they were trying to sex it up on the parapet but it must of become too slippery for their bodies so they basically slid off the thing and plummet to earth.
