Down here, we have a billboard from Hooters. It of course has several of the Hooters Girls in their skimpy outfits, and it has a few chickens being chased by a rooster. The bottom of the billboard says:
"Only a rooster gets a better piece of chicken"
The damn soccer-moms are all up in arms about it too.

I have no problem with giant asses on billboards, just think of it as an election year and you'll get over it.
On the other hand I am super excited to see Japanese toilet technology finally crossing the Pacific. I have missed that familiar shot of water up my ass that I grew accustomed to during my time in the land of the rising sun. Now only if we could get CC Lemon over here I'd be set!!

I doubt the billboard in question will ever go up as some politicans will make a big deal of it for their own selfish reasons, protests by religious groups, tennats in the building (including as the picture shows, a McDonald's on the corner).

Yes, but how are people talking about it?
You can of course launch an image campaign that makes people wonder what it is all about, because no one gets what you try to communicate.
Whether or not that is smart is a completely different question.
