I am on my Dell Latitude CS. I was loading an ethernet software and left it alone for a few minutes, when I come back the screen is black. I try to turn the computer off, but it doesn't work. The computer won't turn off. Any suggestion?

I had that problem on my Dell Laptop once. It frozed and it wouldn't turn off so I just let the battery completely drained.

You just hold the power button down for a long time -- up to 30 seconds, and it will turn off.

Delta-Flyer is correct. On all DELL computers, just hold the power button, and it will turn off.
