I want to hear everybody give their opinions of Conrad Black, and what kind of sentance he will get. Personally I think he'll get 5-10 years. Especially when you consider matha stewart and scooter libby got 1 and 2.5 for obstruction of justice, its unfair to give Black 20. Plus he'd never get 30 years because he'd serve his sentance concurrently not consecutivley.

I think he'll get 3-5 years. But he won't go behind bars for a while yet -- lots of appeals. Big question is where he does his time. He's not a U.S. citizen, and he renounced his Canadian citizenship. I'm not sure if he's a UK citizen (British Subject).
Wonder if he'll allowed conjugal visist from Barbara? Wonder if she'll show up?
Hard to find a protagonist in this one: Vicious, unprincipled US Justice system tries to throw the book at consummate robber baron whose arrogance knows no bounds. They should all go to jail.
Never let the facts get in the way of a good story.
