Sorry but I really need to have a big shout.

Tonight my sister gave birth to my neice Trisha. Sorry no pictures.

Any advice on how to spoil her rotten from 2K miles away?

Unfortuantly she apparently was born across the Nevada line in California, but that couldn't be helped.

Send her some flowers and a carvel cake or a cake that say something like congrats on a baby girl. Also send her a-net post card.

I was speaking of spoiling my niece, not my sister......The sense of revenge runs strong in my family.  stirthepot

Baby stuffed animal and barbie. Also, some outfits and a pacifier might be useful as well as a bottle and extra diapers.

Congratulations!!! I'm sure you'll have no problem spoiling her no matter how far away you are. Just give it some time and you'll know exactly what to do to spoil her.

Congratulations.

The message you were about to post is too short and probably not of any higher value to the topic at hand. You should think long and hard before posting a message in this forum and make it detailed and a valuable addition to the topic discussed.

Congrats!  bigthumbsup

Being an uncle or aunt is great. You get to spoil them and enjoy all the good things about little kids and turn them over to mommy & daddy when they start to act up and be annoying.
There are plenty of ways of getting back at your sister.  mischievous
You can always buy the toy that makes lots and lots of noise. A good one is a big-wheel or tricycle that makes that loud clicking noise. I bought my niece a singing chicken one Christmas but gave her the batteries the day I left.  Smile
This was my sister that sold my ticket to see The Police in 1983 and instead took me to see Denise Williams in exchange.
The singing chicken was my revenge.  rotfl

Congratulations!

I too became an uncle about 6 weeks ago, as my brother and his wife had their first baby (a girl). They live about 1000km from here but I will go and visit as often as I can so I can spoil my little niece rotten properly Big grin

Congrats!

Could be worse. I went to high school with a girl who became a great-aunt our junior year. Benifits of being the youngest of 11 I guess.

Now see those are the ideas I could use.
